So today I’m going to highlight random rental listings that have caught my eye.  After the jump – a hodge podge of apartment porn:   some just interesting, some just wonderfully pricey, like the penthouse apartment overlooking Times Square.

living_room 1,300 sq feet 3 bedroom for $3,600 at the new 525 Union Ave building in Williamsburg near the Lorimer L stop – looks walkable from the Bedford one too.  Pretty nice looking but of course the one pictured would be the nicest.  Free parking though.  You’ll need it – it’s a bit out of the way.
triplex 1 bedroom triplex in the village for $3,400.  Interesting layout – your kitchen is on the bottom floor, your living room on the 2nd, and the bedroom on the 3rd.  “Cozy” I’d say, judging by the pics.
living_room 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the Financial District for $2,150.  Just looking at the pics of that much paraquet flooring is making me dizzy.
times_square 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath penthouse overlooking Times Square. Niiiiiicccccce.  ONLY $9,850 but per the listing “you can see the ball dropping on New Year’s Eve from your couch!!!” (I kept the 3 !!! – that’s not my contribution, as much as I love !!!!s).
3k83me3pazzzzzzzzz951f3fb58deb3ca1f51 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths furnished apartment on the Upper West Side for a mere $6,500.  Love it!  Looks spacious and beautiful.  Building has a pool, gym, roof deck and so forth.  If any of my friends can afford to move here, I’m making this my 2nd apartment.
pool 1 bedroom, 1 bath 1,500 sq feet apartment in the Upper East Side for $2,399. Apartment looks okay but the pool looks fab and better than the apartment.
bachelor_pad_to_get_it_on 1 bedroom, office, 2 baths, 2,000 sq feet “designer” (designer not specified) furnished loft in Tribeca for $5,000.  All done up in nice, dark tones and screams bachelor pad to me.
CHIC 1 bedroom, 1 bath “MASSIVE, Spectacular, Bohemian Chic Loft” in the Midtown West for $1,850.  Because nothing, NOTHING, says “bohemian chic” like bars on your windows and hardwood floors.
